00 / Overview

A city within a city.

Parkview Green FangCaoDi is a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Beijing, bringing together world-class architecture, sustainability, art, retail, hospitality and culture under one roof.

Since its development, Parkview Green has been recognised for redefining what a commercial complex can be: more than a place to work, shop or stay, but a destination that brings together environmental innovation, international brands and cultural experiences.

01 / Environment

A Pioneer in Sustainable Development

In 2009, Parkview Green became the first mixed-use commercial development in China to receive LEED Platinum certification, establishing a new benchmark for sustainable architecture in the country.

Its innovative environmental design significantly reduces energy and water consumption compared with conventional commercial developments. The building's distinctive glass envelope creates a controlled internal microclimate, allowing the complex to achieve exceptional levels of energy efficiency and indoor environmental performance.

  2. 02

    FuturArc Green Leadership Award

  3. 03

International Green Awards, Bronze Award for Best Green Intelligent Building

  4. 04

Asia-Pacific Grand Award at the Green Building Awards

  5. 05

    Energy Globe National Award China

  6. 06

First development in Asia-Pacific to receive the LEED Dynamic Plaque

Parkview Green has consistently demonstrated that commercial success and environmental responsibility can coexist at the highest level.

02 / Global platform

A Destination for Global Brands

Parkview Green has played an important role in introducing international brands and concepts to the Chinese market.

Over the years, the development has welcomed dozens of brands making their China or mainland China debut, helping establish Parkview Green as one of Beijing's most internationally oriented retail destinations.

03 / Public collection

Art at the Heart of the Experience

1,000+artworks across the complex

More than 1,000 artworks are displayed throughout the complex, transforming public areas into an open and accessible cultural environment.

The collection includes an extensive selection of works by Salvador Dalí, including more than 40 sculptures, making Parkview Green home to one of the most significant concentrations of Dalí works outside traditional museum settings.

Rather than separating culture from commerce, Parkview Green integrates art directly into the everyday experience of visitors, office workers and residents. This approach has helped establish the development as one of China's most distinctive art-led commercial destinations.

04 / Programme

Redefining Retail and Cultural Experiences

Parkview Green has continually explored new ways of combining retail, entertainment and culture. The complex has also hosted international cultural collaborations and major public events.

The development hosted a Cirque du Soleil performance within a retail environment, demonstrating an early commitment to transforming traditional shopping spaces into experiential cultural destinations.

  2. Event / 02

Parkview Green worked with the Embassy of Switzerland in China and Switzerland Tourism as part of its sixth-anniversary celebrations, bringing together international culture, art and lifestyle programming.

  3. Event / 03

Parkview Green was recognised among the first group of Five-Star Shopping Centres in China, reflecting its continued leadership in retail experience, design and operations.

05 / Landmark

An Architectural Landmark

Its four interconnected buildings sit beneath a striking environmental glass envelope, while a dramatic indoor suspension bridge extends across the interior of the complex. The development has become widely recognised as a landmark within Beijing's central business district and a reference point for environmentally conscious mixed-use architecture in China.
